I recently purchased the G3560 edible ink bundle from Hobbyprint. There were not many sites selling the complete package ~ with papers and Ink ~ so this was the main reason for choosing Hobbyprint.  The site was very easy to use and all my questions were answered quickly. This company is a little gem. I have been a customer of HobbyPrint (Home Media) for many, many years. Mike is so very knowledgeable. Recently I had a problem with my printer which we couldn't fix over the phone. Mike asked me to send him my printer and he really went above and beyond to fix it for me. As a card maker, I needed a printer which would take 300gsm card and was struggling to find one. Mike pointed me in the right direction and i have not looked back since. Their prices are very competitive and in my opinion, their aftercare service, help and advice are second to none. I would like to thank both Mike and Sandra for their help and support over the years.

I have been using this product for some time now, the quality is fabulous. I have printed from 3 different epson printers and no issue at any stage (except that one time I printed on the wrong side by mistake) I will continue to purchase this product as its the best I have come across. A lot of my customers have also commented on how amazing the quality is.

Purchased this product many times for our HP Z6 DesignJet printer and it is great. Nice textured finish that feels premium and very hard to find roll paper that is this size so this is a great find! Would definitely recommend this product

Mike is very knowledgeable about sublimation printers and a pleasure to deal with.  So nice to buy from a company that answers the phone and takes the time to deal with their customers personally.

Have just received my ciss tank conversion, everything was straightforward and had it up and running in a matter of minutes, I followed the utube video and found it very down to earth with all the steps explained in detail.. 

I brought an edible printer from this company through Amazon, I was having so many difficulties setting it up, simply because I didn't know how to, so instead of sending it back which Amazon was recommending , I decided to call the company direct. I spoke with an extremely polite and funny man by the name of Mike who talked me through the whole process of setting up the printer, to software advice and print settings. He had so much patience and time for me which I really appreciated.  Now I am all set up I think it is fair to say that Mike will not be able to get rid of me that easily !, he has me as a customer for life .

Hobby print have fantastic back-up, they are always on the end of a phone to help sort problems. I have nothing but praise for this company. Tim

The level of customer support from both Mike and Sandra is beyond amazing. Whether it was email or by phone, they were always on hand to help. It is very rare to find this kind of support nowadays and they really care about their customers.

Mike has been the most amazing support i have ever had the pleasure of contacting, he has been so patient and nothing seems too much trouble, he has got my printer up and running. I will be using his company for a long time. Sorry Mike you are stuck with me from here on in.
